At MagaFlex, we strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of Food & Health items, returns are limited to specific cases outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Eligible Cases for Returns/Refunds

We accept returns or offer refunds only for the following issues, reported within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Defective Appearance or Functionality
    • Examples: Broken safety seals or damaged packaging.
    • Resolution: Full refund.
    • Required: Clear photo of the defect.
  2. Wrong Product Received
    • If the item shipped does not match your order.
    • Resolution: Full refund or replacement.
    • Required: Clear photo of the incorrect item.
  3. Damaged or Lost in Transit
    • Items visibly damaged during shipping or lost en route.
    • Resolution: Full refund or replacement.
    • Required: Photo of damaged packaging/product (if applicable).
  4. Lost in Transit
    • Packages marked as “undelivered” by the carrier (e.g., lost, stuck in transit).
    • Resolution: Refund or replacement only if tracking does not confirm delivery.
    • Note: If tracking shows the package as “delivered,” we are not liable for missing items. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or filing a claim with the carrier.
  5. Adverse Reaction
    • Documented irritation or allergic reaction to product.
    • Resolution: Refund upon verification.
    • Required: Brief description of symptoms and photo (if applicable).
    • Note: For your safety, always review the ingredient list on the product page before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies.

How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Contact our team at contact@magaflex.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Clear photos/video as evidence.
  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Important Notes

  • Non-Eligible Cases: We cannot accept returns for:
    • Buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection (e.g., wrong item), or personal preferences.
    • Products altered after delivery.
    • Issues reported after 30 days.
    • Lost Packages Confirmed as Delivered: Once tracking marks a package as “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer. We’re unable to issue refunds or replacements in these cases.
  • Shipping Responsibility: We ensure packages are securely dispatched, but we are not liable for carrier delays, errors, or losses after delivery confirmation.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
  • Refunds: Approved requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
